This Ab workout is suitable for all ages and abilities. It is a follow along workout you can do at home with no equipment necessary. This workout is contains 9 abexercises with a repeat of each exercise 3 times before moving on to the next. The sets are 30 seconds each with 10 seconds of rest inbetween.
